Bob Dylan, San Francisco 1965

Jim Marshall (1936 - 2010)

Bob Dylan during his infamous December 3, 1965 press conference at KQED studios in San Francisco. During the 50-minute question-and-answer session, which included Beat poet Allen Ginsberg in the audience, Dylan displayed his trademark wit, clearly amused and befuddled when asked to explain the deeper message in his songs.

This is a signed photograph. Jim Marshall’s iconic photographs are now extraordinarily rare, as very few were printed and signed at the time of his passing. A small inventory is still held by the estate. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
