Actress and model Anita Pallenberg had a profound influence on the development and presentation of the Rolling Stones beginning in the late sixties. In fact, she was often thought of as the sixth member of the band.
Her credits include such notable films as 1968's Barbarella, 1970's Performance (opposite Stones front man Mick Jagger), and 2007's Mister Lonely. She also appeared in a 1968 documentary about the Rolling Stones, Sympathy for the Devil, directed by French filmmaker Jean-Luc Godard.
